Article 1. In the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About rescue forces and the status of the rescuer" (of June 19, 2004, ZR-85, further - the Law) the penultimate paragraph of Article 1, Articles 17 and 18 to recognize invalid.
Article 2. Heading "Chapter 5. The rescue service as a part of authorized body" to exclude.
Article 3. In parts 1 and 4 of article 22 of the Law of the word "article 18 of this Law" shall be replaced with words "for employees of rescue service the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About rescue service of Armenia".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective since September 1, 2005.
