1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 17, 2017 No. 755 "About some questions of posting of government employees and personnel of diplomatic service" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2017, Art. No. 62-63, 370) the following changes and amendment:
in Rules of posting of government employees from other state bodies to foreign institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
state Item 5 in the following edition:
"5. In these rules the following concepts are used:
1) the directing state body - the state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan directing the government employee according to the procedure of posting to work in foreign institution of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) authorized body - authorized state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of foreign policy;
3) authorized body on investments - authorized state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of investment policy;
4) authorized body on trade policy - authorized state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of regulation of trading activity;
5) the affiliated government employee - the government employee directed to work according to the procedure of posting in foreign institution of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
6) the adviser of foreign institution of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning investment attraction - the government employee of authorized body affiliated in foreign institution of the Republic of Kazakhstan for implementation of functions on investment attraction on investments, Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Prime minister's department of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also the political government employee;
