About application of provisions of Item 3 of Rules of transportation of goods by road transport

Determine that provisions of Item 3 of Rules of the transportation of goods by road transport approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 15, 2011 No. 272 "About approval of Rules of transportation of goods by road transport" in the part concerning the requirements established by subsections 6.8.2.3 and 6.8.2.4 of appendix A of the European agreement on the international road delivery of dangerous goods of September 30, 1957 (DOPOG) for the certificates provided in the specified subsections are not applied till January 1, 2021.
