1) in Article 13.2:
a) to state the subitem 3 of Item 7 in the following edition:
"3) if documents and (or) data containing in them provided by this Article contradict the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the legislation of the Russian Federation;";
b) in Item 12 to replace the word of "twenty" with the word of "seven";
c) add with Item 14 of the following content:
"14. In regulations on branch or representative office of foreign non-profit non-governmental organization shall be determined:
1) the name of branch or representative office of foreign non-profit non-governmental organization containing the name and country of incorporation of the foreign non-profit non-governmental organization which made the decision on creation of branch or representative office of foreign non-profit non-governmental organization, and also specifying on territorial field of activity of branch or representative office of foreign non-profit non-governmental organization;
2) purposes, tasks and types of activity of branch or representative office of foreign non-profit non-governmental organization;
3) procedure for management of activities of branch or representative office of foreign non-profit non-governmental organization;
