About modification and amendments in the Law on fund of the natural territories protected by the state, No. 1538/1998
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
In the Law on fund of the natural territories protected by the state, No. 1538/1998 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 66-68, 442), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:
1. Part (Article 7 to add 7) with the words "for the purpose of steady management of them ".
2. Add Article 13 with Items h) - j) the following content:
"h) approves borders of objects and complexes of fund of the protected territories;
i) approves management plans for categories of the natural objects and complexes specified in the subitem and) Item 3) of part (1) Article 4;
j) approves the Standard concept and Regulations on functioning of the Automated information system of fund of the natural territories protected by the state.".
3. Add Article 14 with Items n) and o) the following content:
"n) establishes together with the Agency of land relations and inventory of border of objects and complexes of fund of the protected territories;
o) keeps the register of the Automated information system of fund of the natural territories protected by the state in case of means of Institute of Ecology and geography of Academy of Sciences of Moldova.".
4. "Location" to add article 94 after the word with the words "and borders", and at the end - the offer: "The cadastral information (cadastral number, the area, the document on the right of property/management / use) on objects and complexes of fund of the protected territories joins in the Automated information system of fund of the natural territories protected by the state.".
