Bring in the Maritime Code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 1999, No. 18, Art. 2207; 2004, No. 45, Art. 4377; 2005, No. 52, Art. 5581; 2007, No. 46, Art. 5557; 2008, No. 49, Art. 5748; 2010, No. 48, Art. 6246; 2011, No. 25, Art. 3534; No. 45, Art. 6335; 2012, No. 18, Art. 2128; No. 31, Art. 4321; 2013, No. 30, Art. 4058; 2014, No. 42, Art. 5615; No. 48, Art. 6659; 2015, No. 1, Art. 89; No. 29, Art. 4339; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4215; 2018, No. 1, Art. 44) following changes:
1) Article 12 to add with Item 3 following of content:
"3. The vessels registered in the Russian open register of courts can be in property of citizens and legal entities (including foreign citizens and foreign legal entities), the Russian Federation, subjects of the Russian Federation, municipalities.";
2) in Article 15:
a) add Item 1 with the subitem 5 of the following content:
"5) the foreign citizens, foreign legal entities, legal entities registered according to the Federal Law "About the International Companies" - concerning the courts registered in the Russian open register of courts.";
b) Item 3 in paragraph one the second offer to exclude;
c) add with item 4 of the following content:
"4. The swimming right under National flag of the Russian Federation is granted to the vessel registered in the Russian open register of courts.";
