About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About Customs Service"

Article 1. In item 4 of part 1 of article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of July 3, 2002 "About Customs Service" (further - the Law) words of "cash satisfaction" to replace ZR-402-N with the word "remunerations", and in the sixth paragraph it is frequent 4.1 Articles 45, to article 45.1 of the Law of the word of "cash satisfaction" shall be replaced with words "salary".

Article 2. In article 41.1 of the Law:

To replace 1) in heading of the word "cash satisfaction" with the word "remuneration";

Part 1 to state 2) in the following edition:

"1. The relations connected with remuneration of customs employees, including calculations and the sizes of the main and additional salaries the natural wages rise are regulated by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About remuneration of persons holding the state positions".";

3) parts 2-5 to recognize invalid;

To add 4) with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. By the government budget of the Republic of Armenia the fund of rewarding can be also provided in maintenance costs of customs authority.".

Article 3. To recognize articles 41.2 and 41.3 of the Law invalid.

Article 4. This Law becomes effective since July 1, 2014.
