About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About Customs Service"

Article 1. ZR-402-N "About Customs Service" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of July 3, 2002 with the new offer of the following content: "The description of position of Customs Service is the document approved by higher customs authority, describing the rights and obligations established for the customs employee holding this position, the law and other legal acts, and establishing requirements imposed on the customs employee for substitution of this position from the point of view of ownership of professional knowledge and labor skills and also to possession of the corresponding rank of Customs Service.".
Article 2. To state the text of article 12 of the Law in the following edition:
"1. For the purpose of carrying out tenders and certifications according to the procedure, established by this Law, the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia creates tender and certifying commission (further - the Commission). The criteria shown to members of the commission, structure of the Commission, operating procedure and number of members are determined by the Government of the Republic of Armenia, and staff of the Commission - the head of higher customs authority.
2. The chairman and members of the commission combine the work in the Commission as posts.".
Article 3. In article 15 of the Law:
To state 1) to part 9.1 and 9.2 in the following edition:
"9.1. Customs employees who in the total amount of the positive office characteristic and results of retraining (training) of the period after the previous certification gained 80 and more points are subject to documentary certification. Calculation of points is performed according to the procedure, established by higher customs authority.
