About change of Presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of further development of free economic zones and activation of attraction of national and foreign investments I decide:

1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 2, 1998 No. 93 "About creation of free economic zones Minsk and Gomel-Raton:

the second Item 1 to state part in the following edition:

"Establish total area of the free economic zone Minsk of 2791,4458 of hectare in borders according to appendix 1 and the free economic zone Gomel-Raton of 4064,4125 of hectare in borders according to appendix 2.";

to add subitem 2.2 of Item 2 with words ", other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation";

to be reworded as follows appendices 1 and 2 to this Decree (are applied);

1.2. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 4, 1999 No. 458 "About creation of the free economic zone Vitebsk:

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Create the free economic zone Vitebsk for the term of 31 December of 2049 total area of 2764,0522 of hectare in borders according to appendix.";

to add subitem 2.2 of Item 2 with words ", other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation";

to be reworded as follows appendix to this Decree it (is applied);

1.3. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 31, 2002 No. 66 "About creation of the free economic zone Mogilev:

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Create the free economic zone Mogilev for the term of 31 December of 2049 total area of 3339,3669 of hectare in borders according to appendix.";

to add part one of subitem 2.2 of Item 2 with words ", other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation";

to be reworded as follows appendix to this Decree it (is applied);

1.4. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 16, 2002 No. 208 "About creation of the free economic zone Grodnoinvest:

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Create the free economic zone Grodnoinvest for the term of 31 December of 2049 total area of 4195,04 of hectare in borders according to appendix.";

to add part one of subitem 2.2 of Item 2 with words ", other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation";

to be reworded as follows appendix to this Decree it (is applied);

1.5. the fourth Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 20, 1996 No. 114 "About free economic zones in the territory of the Republic of Belarus" to add part with words ", other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation";

1.6. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 9, 2005 No. 262 "About some questions of activities of free economic zones in the territory of the Republic of Belarus":

in Item 1:

state subitem 1.2 in the following edition:

"1.2. the legislation of the Republic of Belarus in the territory of SEZ is applied taking into account the features provided by the international treaties and acts constituting the right of the Eurasian Economic Union, this Decree, the Tax code of the Republic of Belarus, the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 7, 1998 "About free economic zones" and other legislation regulating activities of SEZ regulating customs legal relationship;";

"The heads of administrations of free economic zones who arrived from official journeys abroad within 10 calendar days from the date of their arrival represent for approval to the relevant regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom written reports about results of official journeys abroad, including about their efficiency, and also within 3 calendar days from the date of approval by regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom of the specified reports notify Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Economics on results of such business trips.".

2. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
