1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of compensation of the actual damage to tourists and (or) other customers of tourist product from money of fund of the personal responsibility of tour operator in the field of outbound tourism approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 10, 2016 No. 779 "About approval of Rules of compensation of the actual damage to tourists and (or) other customers of tourist product from money of fund of the personal responsibility of tour operator in the field of outbound tourism" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 34, the Art. 5239).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Federal Law of June 4, 2018 No. 149-FZ "About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Bases of Tourist Activities in the Russian Federation".
