About modification of Rules of record keeping and archive in bodies of the public executive service and private contractors
According to Items 3, 10 Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of July 2, 2014 228, ORDER to No.:
1. Bring in the Rules of record keeping and archive in bodies of the public executive service and private contractors approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of June 7, 2017 No. 1829/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 8, 2017 for No. 699/30567, the following changes:
1) in paragraph five of Item 9 of the Section II of the word "registered mail" in all cases shall be replaced with words "recommended mailings" in the corresponding cases;
Shall be replaced with words 2) in appendix 7 of the word of "letters of recommendation" "the recommended mailings".
2. To department concerning justice and homeland security of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Oleynik A. N.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 03, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than day of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning creation of economic premises for strengthening of protection of the right of the child to proper maintenance".
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of justice of Ukraine concerning executive service Glushchenko S. V.
