About some questions of supply of oil products to the Republic of Kazakhstan from the Russian Federation
According to Item 9 of Appendix to the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation on trade and economic cooperation in the field of oil supply and oil products to the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 9, 2010 and Item 1 of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 12, 2004 "On regulation of trading activity" I ORDER:
1. Impose ban for a period of three months on import to the Republic of Kazakhstan from the Russian Federation by railway transport of gasoline (the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code 27101241 – 2710125900).
2. To provide to development department of the oil industry of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) notification of the Border service of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) the notification of joint-stock company "The Kazakstan Tem_r Zhola national company (under approval) about taking measures to realization of Item 1 of this order in the procedure established by the legislation;
3) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
5) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions;
6) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
