About modification of the Regulations on Government commission on import substitution

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on Government commission on import substitution approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 4, 2015 No. 785 "About Government commission on import substitution" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 32, Art. 4773; 2017, No. 36, Art. 5435).

Changes which are made to Regulations on Government commission on import substitution

1. To state paragraph two of Item 1 in the following edition:

"The commission is coordinating body of the Government of the Russian Federation for the purposes of execution of Article 3.1 and article 3.1-1 of the Federal law "About Purchases of Goods, Works, Services as Separate Types of Legal Entities" (further - the Federal Law).".
