About modification of the Procedure for access to rooms and to the territory of the public archive institutions

According to the paragraph of Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" and for the purpose of reduction of the mechanism of access to rooms and to the territory of the public archive institutions in compliance with the existing regulatory legal acts I ORDER third:

1. Bring in the Procedure for access to rooms and to the territory of the public archive institutions approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of July 11, 2014 No. 1117/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 14, 2014 for No. 810/25587, the following changes:

Item 2 of the Section I to add 1) with the new paragraph of such content:

"The archives performing the activities connected with the state secret are guided by this Procedure taking into account requirements of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 18, 2013 No. 939.";

Item 9 of the Section II after the words "in accordance with general practice" to add 2) with the words "taking into account the requirements determined by the paragraph the second Item 2 of the Section I of this Procedure".

2. To department of government relations (Lozinsky I. S.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
