About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About Customs Service"

Article 1. ZR-402-N "About Customs Service" (further - the Law) after the words "damage suffered" to add part 1 of article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of July 3, 2002 with words "(except as specified return of the amounts collected in the government budget from the corresponding acquisition accounts in the government budget)".

Article 2. To add part 1 of Article 37 with the new offer of the following content:

"The funds allocated for compensation of damage suffered at the expense of other means of the government budget of the Republic of Armenia are recovered by fund of financial incentive and development of system of Customs Service according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 3. In article 53 of the Law:

To add 1) after words of "the applied penalties" with words ", and also the amounts received from satisfaction of the return requirements imposed to the officials performing Customs Service in the procedure established by the law";

To add 2) with the new offer of the following content:

"The procedure for use of fund of financial incentive and development of system of Customs Service, and also the direction and first priority of expenditure establishes the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 4. This Law becomes effective from the next day after its official publication.
