In pursuance of Item g provisions) Article 104 of the Tax code No. 1163/1997 Government DECIDES:
1. In the Order of the Government No. 519/2004 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for development and approval of the list of economic agents - the companies of light industry and types of service rendered by them in the territory of the Republic of Moldova to applicants of customs regime of conversion on customs area liable to VAT on zero rate, and about procedure for administration of the services rendered by these companies" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 83-87, 660), to make the following changes:
1) in the name, in all text of the resolution and in appendices of the word "liable to VAT on zero rate" shall be replaced with words ", exempted from the VAT with the deduction right";
2) in all text of the resolution and appendix of the word to it "Ministry of Economics" in any case shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure" in the corresponding case;
3) in appendix to the resolution:
in Item 2 of the word "the order of the Minister of Economic Affairs" shall be replaced with words "the order of the Minister of Economy and Infrastructure";
in Item 3:
in the subitem b) after the word "certificates" to add with words "/decisions on registration";
c) to declare the subitem invalid.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
