Bring in Rules of the individual (personified) accounting of insured persons in system of the national social insurance, the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of July 8, 1997 No. 837 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 83, 5/29527; 2010, No. 82, 5/31561; 2011, No. 91, 5/34266; 2012, No. 20, 5/35229; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 07.08. 2012, 5/36080; 10:07. 2013, 5/37507; 05:03. 2014, 5/38492; 14:05. 2014, 5/38823; 17:11. 2017, 5/44417; 06:06. 2018, 5/45221), following changes and amendment:
1.1. state Item 13 in the following edition:
"13. The procedure for filling of the DPU forms, codes of types of activity, types of the employment contract, the bases of dismissal, the reasons of charge of payments (income) on which compulsory insurance premiums are assessed is lower than the level of monthly minimum wage, established and indexed according to the legislation, and also procedure for transfer acceptance of the DPU forms affirm board of Social Security Fund of the population.";
state part one in the following edition:
"15. The PU-2 form (form type - initial) is represented the employer once a quarter no later than the 10th following reporting quarter and also in case of need of adjustment of information provided earlier.";
