About modification of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on December 16, 2016
Article 1. Part 1 of Article 4 of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 1998 (further – the Code) to recognize invalid.
Article 2. To state part 2 of article 15 of the Code in the following edition:
"2. The constitutional court of the Republic of Armenia, according to the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, determines compliance of the laws, resolutions of National assembly, decrees and orders of the President of the republic, the orders of the Government and the Prime Minister, sublegislative regulatory legal acts of the Constitution.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication, except for Article 2, which becomes effective in time, established by part 6 of article 209 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia with changes of 2015.
