About modification and amendments in Regulations on the state certification and approbation of means of phytosanitary appointment and the means increasing fertility of the soil for application in rural and forest farms

Based on Item b) article 29 of the Law No. 119 of June 22, 2004 on the means of phytosanitary appointment and means increasing fertility of the soil (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 100-103, 510), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

In Regulations on the state certification and approbation of means of phytosanitary appointment and the means increasing fertility of the soil, for application in rural and forest farms, approved by the Order of the Government No. 1307 of December 12, 2005. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 176-181, 1446), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in the name and in contents of Chapter XII of change are brought only in the text in state language;

To add 2) with Item 74-1 of the following content:

"74-1. Import and turnover in the market of the means increasing fertility of the soil with the put marking "Fertilizer of the EU" are permitted without carrying out the state testing and registration in the State register of means of phytosanitary appointment and means increasing fertility of the soil. For the specified means increasing fertility of the soil, the state testing and registration in the State register are not obligatory for their import and turnover in the market and are carried out only upon the demand of the applicant.".
