1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of criteria for evaluation of risk degree when implementing business activity" of February 18, 2012 No. 108 the following change:

86. According to the established criteria the subjects of checks performing business activity in the field of safety on wheel vehicles and water transport treat one of three risk degrees - high, average or insignificant:
1. The types of activity relating to high risk (90 points):
1) operation of the parking or moorings intended for:
- carrying out handling works with dangerous goods;
- servicing of passenger ships;
