About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About foreign persons"

Article 1. In the sixth paragraph of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 25, 2006 "About foreign persons" (further – the Law) the word of "President" to replace ZR-47 with the word of "Prime Minister".
Article 2. In article 18 of the Law:
The word "President" to replace 1) in part 4 with the word "Government";
The word "President" to replace 2) in part 5 with the word "Prime Minister", and the second offer to exclude.
Article 3. To exclude from part 1 of article 20 of the Law of the word "Except for Special Status of Accommodation".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective in day of assumption of office of the newly elected President of the republic.
