Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 1997 "About mass actions in the Republic of Belarus" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of August 7, 2003 (Vedamasts_ Natsyyanalnaga to descent of Respubl_k_ Belarus, 1998, No. 2, Art. 6; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 93, 2/982; No. 136, 2/1002; 2008, No. 184, 2/1513; 2011, No. 127, 2/1860; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 22.04. 2016, 2/2356) following changes and amendments:
1. In paragraph three of Article 2 of the word "sports, cultural and spectacular, other spectacular" shall be replaced with words "sports and mass, cultural and spectacular, other spectacular or cultural".
2. In Article 4:
first and third after the word "statement" to add parts with the word "(notification)";
the fifth to add part with words ", including through the global computer Internet";
the sixth to state part in the following edition:
"Persons which allowed violation of procedure for the organization or holding mass action within one year after imposing of administrative punishment cannot support such violation, and also the faces having not removed or unspent conviction for making of crimes against the world and safety of mankind, crimes against public safety, crimes against public order and public morality or crimes against the state and procedure of the power and management as organizers of mass action.".
3. In Article 5:
add part one with words ", and also article 9-1 of this Law";
