About modification and amendments in the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867 "About some questions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 78, 5/34078; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.09. 2012, 5/36184; 19:04. 2013, 5/37154; 02:07. 2013, 5/37480; 14:11. 2013, 5/38010; 14:03. 2015, 5/40249; 09:12. 2017, 5/44520) following changes and amendments:
1.1. in Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
1.1.1. in item 4:
state subitems 4.16 and 4.17 in the following edition:
"4.16. performs inspection of technical condition of wheel tractors, trail cars and semitrailer trucks to them, self-propelled machines and the equipment;
4.17. exercises the state control (supervision) of observance of requirements of technical regulations of the Customs union, the Eurasian Economic Union, supervision in the field of veterinary science, and also the veterinary control exercised on Frontier of the Republic of Belarus;";
state subitem 4.31 in the following edition:
"4.31. will organize and realizes actions technical (technological, testing) nature, performs other forms of control (supervision), stipulated by the legislation about control (supervising) activities;";
exclude subitem 4.31-1;
state subitem 4.32 in the following edition:
"4.32. exercises control of activities of the organizations which are a part of the system of Ministry of Agriculture and Food Production by means of regulation of their activities and realization of powers of the owner with efficiency analysis of work of the organizations which are a part of the system of Ministry of Agriculture and Food Production and development of offers on its increase;";
exclude subitem 4.40;
