1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for planning and calculation of costs for rendering separate housing and communal services approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus of April 15, 2016 No. 13 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 29.07.2016, 8/31125), the following changes and amendments:
