About introduction of amendments to the order of the Security Service of Ukraine of February 20, 2009 No. 95

1. Make change to the order of the Security Service of Ukraine of February 20, 2009 No. 95 "About approval of Payment terms of work of workers of the headquarters of the Anti-terrorist center under the Security Service of Ukraine, the transport, social and operational and repair organizations, and also scientific, research and specialized agencies of the Security Service of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 24, 2009 for No. 270/16286, having added it with new Item of the following content:
"5. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of the Security Service of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.".
2. Bring in the Payment terms of work of workers of the headquarters of the Anti-terrorist center under the Security Service of Ukraine, the transport, social and operational and repair organizations, and also scientific, research and specialized agencies of the Security Service of Ukraine approved by the order of the Security Service of Ukraine of February 20, 2009 No. 95, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 24, 2009 for No. 270/16286, the following changes:
in Item 3.2 of Chapter 3:
third the subitem 3 after words of "the senior research associate" to add the paragraph with words ", the senior researcher";
the paragraph third the subitem 4 after words of "candidate of science" to add with words ", the doctor of philosophy".
