About modification of Rules of crossing of frontier by citizens of Ukraine

Bring in the Rules of crossing of frontier by citizens of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 1995 No. 57 (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 4, Art. 92; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 65, Art. 2239; 2016, No. 84, Art. 2759; 2018, No. 18, Art. 608), following changes:

to state the subitem 4 of Item 2 in the following edition:

"4) the travel document of the child (it is valid during the term for which it is issued);";

state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. Departure from Ukraine of the citizens who did not reach 16-year age is performed in the consent of both parents (adoptive parents) (further - parents) and in their maintenance or accompanied by persons authorized by them which at the time of departure from Ukraine reached 18-year age, including accompanied by crew members of the aircraft on which they go.";

to add the subitem 2 of item 4 with the paragraph of the following content:

"the certificate of birth of the child granted by competent authority of foreign state which does not contain the information about the father of the child, legalized or certified by apostille, and also without any additional certificate in the cases provided by the international treaty of Ukraine.".
