About introduction of amendments and changes in the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446 "About some questions of the Ministry of Health and measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 11, 2011 No. 360" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 123, 5/34683; 2012, No. 10, 5/35099; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 27.11.2014, 5/39731) following amendments and change:
1.1. in Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
to add subitem 8.66 after the word "and" with the word "(or)";
add Item with subitem 8.86-3 of the following content:
"8.86-3. together with the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Internal Affairs determines operations procedure of employees of organizations of education, health care and the staff of law-enforcement bodies in case of detection of risk factors of suicide actions at minors;";
1.2. to exclude Item 38 from the list of the state organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus, approved by this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
