About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine
According to article 22 of the Law of Ukraine "About road transport", to article 33 of the Law of Ukraine "About traffic", to articles 6 and 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About chemical sources of current" I ORDER:
1. Bring in the paragraph third Section 1 of Operational regulations of average resource of pneumatic tires of the wheel vehicles and special machines executed on the wheel chassis approved by the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of May 20, 2006 No. 488, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 15, 2006 for No. 712/12586, the following changes:
words of "Ministry of Internal Affairs" shall be replaced with words "National police of Ukraine, National guard of Ukraine,";
after words of Security Service of Ukraine to add with the words "Services of Foreign Intelligence of Ukraine".
2. Bring in the paragraph the fourth Section 1 of Operational regulations of average resource of rechargeable lead starter batteries of the wheel vehicles and special machines executed on the wheel chassis approved by the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of May 20, 2006 No. 489, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 08, 2006 for No. 695/12569, the following changes:
words of "Ministry of Internal Affairs" shall be replaced with words "National police of Ukraine, National guard of Ukraine,";
after words of Security Service of Ukraine to add with the words "Services of Foreign Intelligence of Ukraine".
