About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About trade and services"

Article 1. In article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of November 24, 2004 "About trade and services" (further - the Law) the paragraph concerning the concept "brand" to declare ZR-134-N invalid.
Article 2. In all text of the Law of the word "control and cash" shall be replaced with words "control cash".
Article 3. In the first offer of part 4 of article 3.1 of the Law of the word "in accordance with the established procedure" and in part 5 of the word "according to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About application of cash registers" shall be replaced with words "according to the rules established by the Tax code of the Republic of Armenia for application of control cash registers".
Article 4. In the Item "in" shall be replaced with words parts 1 of article 6 of the Law of the word of "cash register receipt" "the coupon of control cash register".
Article 5. In the Item "d" of part 1 of article 7 of the Law of the word "according to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About application of cash registers" and in the word Item "e" "according to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About application of cash registers" shall be replaced with words "according to the rules established by the Tax code of the Republic of Armenia for application of control cash registers".
Article 6. In the Item of part 15 of article 9 of the Law to replace the word "delivered" with the word "delivered".
Article 7. Article 9.1 - 9.6 Laws to recognize invalid.
Article 8. In article 15.1 of the Law:
