About modification of the Regulations on procedure for holding the auction in information system of JSC Uzbek Republican Commodity and Raw Exchange in case of issue of the state registration registration plates to physical persons and legal entities for vehicles with the raised payment rate
For the purpose of increase in efficiency of realization of the state registration registration plates for automotor-vehicles with the raised rate of the payments levied in case of their issue by holding the auction in information system the Cabinet of Ministers decides JSC Uzbek Republican Commodity and Raw Exchange:
1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for holding the auction in information system of JSC Uzbek Republican Commodity and Raw Exchange in case of issue of the state registration registration plates to physical persons and legal entities for automotor-vehicles with the raised payment rate approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of August 31, 2017 No. 683 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2017, Art. No. 8 191), changes according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. A. Kuchkarov and the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan P. R. Bobozhonov
