About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About flora"

Article 1. ZR-22 "About flora" (further - the Law) to add article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of November 23, 1999 with the subitem "k" of the following content:
"j) establishment of requirements to the sizes and specific structure of green zones of settlements.".
Article 2. To add article 15 of the Law with the Item of the following content:
"g) provide protection of objects of flora in green zones of settlements for the purpose of increase in their amounts (quantity) and preserving specific structure.".
Article 3. To add article 18 of the Law with the Item "d" of the following content:
"e) violation of requirements to the sizes and specific structure of green zones of settlements.".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
Provisions of article 1 of this Law extend to the relations which arose after entry into force of this Law.
