About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About police"

Article 1. ZR-177 "About police" (further - the Law) after words of "public administration" to add article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of April 16, 2001 with the word "systems".
Article 2. In article 9 of the Law:
Part 3 to state 1) in the following edition:
"The charter of police claims and the number of persons employed is determined by the Prime Minister. The chief of police within structure and the number of police is competent to create infrastructure divisions of police.";
To replace 2) regarding 4 words "head of state body of police" with the word "Government".
Article 3. In the Law of the word "head of state body of police" in the corresponding case forms shall be replaced with words "the chief of police", words "The constitution of the Republic of Armenia the word "Constitution" in the corresponding case forms, and the words "Government of the Republic of Armenia" - the word "Government" in the corresponding case forms.
Article 4. Regarding 1 article 39 of the Law of the word "About Social Security of the Military Personnel and Members of Their Families" shall be replaced with words "About military service and the status of the serviceman".
Article 5. To state part 1 of article 42 of the Law in the following edition:
"Control of activities of police is exercised by the Prime Minister.".
Article 6. This Law becomes effective in day of assumption of office of the newly elected President of the republic.
