About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About police"

Article 1. In article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of April 16, 2001 No. ZR-177 "About police" (further - the Law):

Item 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"To bring 2) to the medical organization of persons evading from involuntary inspection and (or) treatment;";

To add 2) with Item 2.1 of the following content:

"2. To bring 1) to the psychiatric organization of persons evading from involuntary hospitalization;".

Article 2. In the third paragraph of Item 2 of article 22 of the Law:

1) the first offer after the word "inspect" to add with the words "and (or) to treat";

2) in the second offer of the word of "involuntary (forced) treatment" shall be replaced with words "involuntary hospitalization", the word of "code" - the word "code", and "Chapter 30" to exclude words.

Article 3. This Law becomes effective in day of assumption of office of the newly elected President of the republic.
