Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Rules of execution of travel documents (tickets) to passengers and their landings in the train when following to the Kaliningrad region from other territory of the Russian Federation by en route through the territory of the Republic of Lithuania and in the opposite direction by rail, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 23, 2003 No. 361 "About measures for ensuring accomplishment of the obligations assumed by the Russian Federation in the Joint statement of the Russian Federation and the European Union on transit between the Kaliningrad region and other territory of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, No. 26, Art. 2658; No. 44, Art. 4314; 2010, No. 31, Art. 4273).
