About entering of amendments into the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 27, 2015 No. 362 "About approval of Regulations of the state services in the field of regulation of natural monopolies"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 27, 2015 No. 362 "About approval of Regulations of the state services in the field of regulation of natural monopolies" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 11214, published on June 22, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following amendments:

add Item 1 with subitem 7-2) of the following content:

2. To committee on regulation of natural monopolies, protection of the competition and the rights of consumers of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
