About modification of the Instruction about conditions and payment procedure of the lifting help to the military personnel of the State Border Service of Ukraine
According to article 9-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families", to article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About providing the rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons" and for the purpose of streamlining of payments of the lifting help to members of families of the military personnel of the State Border Service of Ukraine which are internally displaced persons, I order:
1. Paragraph one of Item 13 of the Instruction on conditions and payment procedure of the lifting help to the military personnel of the State Border Service of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of August 19, 2016 No. 848, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 14, 2016 at No. 1249/29379, to state in the following edition:
"13. The lifting help on family members is paid by body of State frontier service in which it is appointed or where the serviceman serves, on condition of their removal from registration accounting still to the residence and registration on the new duty station of the serviceman, and for family members who are internally displaced persons, - on condition of their capture on accounting as internally displaced persons structural division concerning social protection of the population of district, district public administrations, executive bodies in the city of Kiev city, district in the cities (in case of education) councils on the new duty station of the serviceman".
2. To provide to management of interaction with the State Border Service of Ukraine (Speckled S.N.) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
