a) to add paragraph two after words of "Power pool system of Russia" with words "(in case of accession of technologically isolated territorial electric utility system to Power pool system of Russia in the cases established by the Government of the Russian Federation and during the transition period determined by the Government of the Russian Federation also within the relevant technologically isolated territorial electric utility system)";

b) third after words of "electric utility systems" to add the paragraph with words "(in case of accession of technologically isolated territorial electric utility system to other electric utility system during the transition period determined by the Government of the Russian Federation taking into account the features established by this Federal Law and regulatory legal acts of the Government of the Russian Federation adopted according to it)";
