1. In the Standard regulations of local public administration approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 11, 1999 No. 2263 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 50, Art. 2456; 2007, No. 83, Art. 3072; 2016, No. 60, Art. 2058):
