About modification and amendments in the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2016 No. 702

1. Bring in Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2016 No. 702 "Questions of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 09.09. 2016, 5/42576), following changes and amendments:
state subitem 6.1 in the following edition:
"6.1. performs the analysis and assessment of competitive situation in the goods markets, including determines problematic issues of functioning of the goods markets, extent of their monopolization;";
add Item with subitems 6.1-1-6.1-3 of the following content:
"6.1-1. sends to state bodies, business entities of the offer on acceptance within their competence of the measures promoting development of the goods markets and the competition;
6.1-2. develops offers on carrying out state policy in the field of counteraction of monopolistic activities and development of the competition;
6.1-3. annually represents to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus the report on competitive situation in the Republic of Belarus and the measures taken on counteraction of monopolistic activities and development of the competition;";
to add subitem 6.2 after the word "dominating" with words ", including monopsonichesky,";
add Item with subitem 6.2-1 of the following content:
"6.2-1. performs the analysis of activities of the business entities holding dominant position;";
state subitem 6.4 in the following edition:
