Bring in the Federal Law of April 24, 1995 No. 52-FZ "About fauna" (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 17, Art. 1462; 2003, No. 46, Art. 4444; 2006, No. 52, Art. 5498; 2007, No. 1, Art. 21; 2009, No. 30, Art. 3735; 2011, No. 30, Art. 4590) following changes:
Paragraph 21 of Article 5 to state 1) in the following edition:
"protection of the rights, protection of the primordial habitat and traditional conduct of life of indigenous ethnic groups of the Russian Federation and representatives of other ethnic communities in places of their traditional accommodation and traditional economic activity regarding preserving and steady use of objects of fauna;";
2) in Article 9:
a) in the name of the word "the people and" shall be replaced with words "the people of the Russian Federation and representatives of others";
b) shall be replaced with words the words "The Citizens Constituting Indigenous Ethnic Groups and Ethnic Communities" "Persons belonging to indigenous ethnic groups of the Russian Federation and representatives of other ethnic communities";
3) in Article 49:
a) state part one in the following edition:
"Persons belonging to indigenous ethnic groups of the Russian Federation representatives of other ethnic communities which original culture and conduct of life include traditional methods of protection and use of objects of fauna and their associations have the right to priority use of fauna in the territories of traditional resettlement in places of traditional accommodation and traditional economic activity of indigenous ethnic groups of the Russian Federation.";
