About introduction of amendments to the Law of Turkmenistan "About radio-frequency range"

I. Bring in the Law of Turkmenistan "About radio-frequency range", adopted on June 15, 2000 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2000, No. 2, the Art. 15), the following changes:

Article 23 in paragraph one in state language

words "alyp esitdirisi"

replace with the word "yayradysy";

in the last paragraph of Article 27

exclude the words "and managements, bodies of the local executive authority".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
