About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 31, 2017 No. 149 "About approval of regulations of the state services of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 31, 2017 No. 149 "About approval of regulations of the state services of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 15685, it is published on September 27, 2017 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) the following changes:
in Item 1:
32) to exclude the subitem;
35) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"35) regulations of the state service "Issue of Permission to Creation or Acquisition of Insurance Affiliated Company (Reinsurance) Organization and (or) Insurance Holding, Considerable Participation of the Insurance (Reinsurance) Organization and (or) Insurance Holding in the Capital of the Organizations" according to appendix 35 to this resolution;";
to state the regulations of the state service "Issue of Permission to Creation or Acquisition of Insurance Affiliated Company (Reinsurance) Organization and (or) Insurance Holding" approved according to appendix 35 to the specified resolution in edition according to appendix to this resolution.
