Article 1. Of December 26, 2008 "About local self-government in the city of Yerevan" (further - the Law) the words "but at least than a quarter of total number of members of council of elders" to exclude ZR-5-N from part 3 of article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia.
Article 2. Regarding 3rd article 29 of the Law of the word "there are members of council of elders at the number necessary for decision making" shall be replaced with words "there is more than a half of the number of members of council of elders established by the law".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
