About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government in the city of Yerevan"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 59 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 26, 2008 ZR-5-N "About local self-government in the city of Yerevan":
The word "power" to replace 1) with the word "powers";
To add 2) with Item 2 following of content:
"2) on the basis, stipulated in Item 8.1 parts 1 of Article 102 of the Land code of the Republic of Armenia, claim with the requirement about alienation of the parcel of land forcibly or its transfer to municipal property with compensation is submitted to court.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
