1. Determine that:
1.1. export from the Republic of Belarus out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union regenerated paper or cardboard (waste paper and waste) *, classified by code 4707 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union, occurring from the territory of the Republic of Belarus (further - waste paper), when placing under customs procedures of export, temporary export is performed under the one-time licenses granted by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade in coordination with the Belarusian production and trade concern forest, woodworking and pulp and paper industry according to the procedure, similar by the established Rules of issue of licenses and import permits and (or) commodity import provided by appendix to the Protocol on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries (appendix No. 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014), taking into account features, established by this resolution **;
