1. Bring in the Regulations on the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1595 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 107, 5/9363; 2008, No. 223, 5/28341; 2010, No. 210, 5/32368; 2011, No. 133, 5/34837), following changes:

1.1. in Item 5:

state subitem 5.1 in the following edition:

"5.1. exercises control of organization activity by means of regulation of their activities and realization of powers of the owner with efficiency analysis of work of the organizations and development of offers on its increase;";

state subitem 5.24 in the following edition:

"5.24. takes measures for ensuring effective use and safety of the state-owned property assigned to the organizations which are a part of the system of the Ministry of Energy;";

exclude subitems 5.28 and 5.29;

1.2. to exclude subitem 9.9 of Item 9.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
