About change of Resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus:

from the name and Items 1, of 2, of 21, 22 words "lawyer activities," to exclude;
state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. Work, the stipulated in Item 2 presents of the resolution, is set off in length of service on legal specialty if it took place after receipt of the higher education on the specialties specified in Item 1 of this resolution.";
the second item 4 to state part in the following edition:
"In matters of argument the decision on reference of length of service to length of service on legal specialty is made by the commission on questions of licensing of activities for rendering legal services with indication of component - legal services, the commission on questions of licensing of activities for rendering legal services with indication of component - realtor services.";
