About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of streamlining of price regulation in the Republic of Belarus I decide:
1. Bring in appendix 1 to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 No. 72 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
in the Section "Ministry of Anti-monopoly Regulation and Trade":
in the paragraph the twelfth shall be replaced with words words of "member countries of the Common economic space" "state members of the Eurasian Economic Union";
add the Section with the paragraph of the following content:
"Products of public catering (the price and markup) realized in organizations of education";
the fifth to exclude the paragraph from the Section "Regional Executive Committees and Minsk Gorispolkom".
2. To the ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom in three-months time to take measures for implementation of this Decree.
3. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:
Item 1 - in three months after official publication of this Decree;
other provisions of this Decree - after its official publication.
