Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 12, 2011 No. 1049 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out tender by determination of programs (projects, actions) developed by institutes of civil society for which accomplishment (realization) the financial support" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, is provided 2011, to No. 79, by Art. 2917; 2016, No. 23, Art. 919; 2017, No. 26, Art. 738; 2018, No. 23, the Art. 783, No. 25, the Art. 899, No. 31, the Art. 1091) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 12, 2011 No. 1049

1. In Item 2 of the resolution of the word and figures "in 2018" shall be replaced with words "in 2018 and 2019".

2. According to the procedure, approved by the specified resolution:

1) Item 1 in paragraph three the word of "disabled people" shall be replaced with words "persons with disability", and to exclude the words "and veterans";

2) in item 4:

add Item after the paragraph of the fourth with the new paragraph of the following content:

"The extreme amount of financing at the expense of budgetary funds of one program (the project, action)".

With respect thereto the fifth - the eighth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the sixth - the ninth;

add Item with paragraphs of the following content:
