Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 7, 2016 No. 1138 "About exhaustive lists of procedures in the field of construction of facilities of water supply and water disposal and rules of maintaining registers of descriptions of procedures" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 47, the Art. 6635):

a) to state Item 63 of the exhaustive list of procedures in the field of construction of linear subjects to the water supply and water disposal approved by the specified resolution in the following edition:

"63. Provision of the conclusion that the changes made to the project documentation after receipt of positive experimental testimony of the project documentation do not affect constructive and other characteristics of safety of capital construction project, and also in the case established by the Town-planning code of the Russian Federation do not lead to increase in the estimate at its construction or reconstruction (in the comparable prices).";

b) in the exhaustive list of procedures in the field of construction of facilities of water supply and water disposal, except for linear objects, approved by the specified resolution:
